EPIC FAIL in collecting CLICKS online order

Clicks advertises that one can order medication online line and that within 4 hours you can collect it and that you will not need to queue to get your order. Well the first part is correct. The EPIC fail is when you need to collect your order. Rather than having a preferential line for orders I had to stand in line for hours to get my order. Okay it wasn't 4 hours BUT there was no system of queuing. People were just milling around, some jumping the line. General chaos all round. Then there was one client who seemed to be having a chat with the one member of staff - essentially all the time I was waiting to be served. The other staff were frantically busy trying to deal with the line. Bottom line - don't order online from Clicks - it's faster to just go there yourself and brave the queues. Apparently the Clicks I went to is understaffed -amazing given that this is one business that has been able to operate all through the pandemic. I've never been a clicks fan (the service is generally awful and I always get the feeling that the staff think the they are doing me a favour - so I do one for them and go to other pharmacies) but this is just the "cherry on the top"
