EPIC FAIL FROM CLICKS VANGATE MALL AND THEY REFUSE TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY

Visited Clicks Pharmacy on 24/02/2021 to get over the counter medication, trusting the staff to be knowledgeable and professional...To my suprise I was provided with medication that I AM NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE WHILST ON OTHER MEDICATION! When confronting the staff today 25/02/2021, I was given a feeble "I am sorry but it is not deadly"

Now I understand that pharmacist are not doctors (And I can definitely understand the reason WHY) but it is of utmost importance that they at least ASK their clients if they are using other medication to avoid providing people with something that can be harmful to their health! This is critical! And I am absolutely appalled by the fact that this is not standard process at Clicks. It took me 2 minutes to figure out why I had a certain reaction to the medications they provided, so it is absolutely unacceptable that I was the one who had to inform the pharmacist at Clicks that they made a mistake! To make matters worse, there was absolutely no empathy shown and no reasonable resolution was provided! I am disgusted to say the least. Are the pharmacist at Clicks even qualified? Managers have no people skills and simply follow processes regardless of the situation on hand! How many other people experience this and keeps quiet about it?

Clicks need to take responsibility for the mess they made! I will NOT accept this.
