Engen fuel purchases not recorded towards club cards points

Although the idea of earning Clicks club card points at partners sounds promising, I have learned that non of my fuel purchases at Engen have ever been recorded and accumulated towards by Clicks rewards when my Clicks card is swiped at Engen. I have been purchasing fuel at this Engen the last year specifically to earn and benefit from the points.
