Empty Promises

Broken promises, I placed and paid for an online order on the 26th of March 2021, chosen delivery method was Click and Collect (1-3 working days), I accept that working days are Monday-Friday therefor I'm not counting Saturday, so my order was suppose to be ready for collection on Wednesday the 31st of March! This is unacceptable, this isn't the first time I'm having trouble with your company.
