Employee with an attitude

<p>Clicks Castle Walk is always dead yet the staff cannot afford customers respect. A male employee who we requested assistance from just brushed us off and said "I don't know" as he rushed into the staff room to answer his phone. Pathetic. No apology or anything after we told the manager. Some people don't have jobs and then you have people like this who can't give a damn or even respect anyone else.</p>
