Employee refused to give me service because he did not know clicks products

<p>I went to clicks Vaal Mall on saturday the 16 of july 2016 to purchase medication as i experieced alot of pains while doing my shoping at the mall,the guy by the name of meso Ntsuku refused to help me because he did not know the name of the pills i wanted to buy i told him the name of the pills which is metamopholic acid and also described the pills to him that they are baby blue and yellow in color and that they are capsules and used by women to relieve period pains, he responded with attitude to say that he does not know those pills and did not care about my describtion of the pill i asked him to ask his lady colleagues because they are the ones who always help me and as colleages they might be able to help me he refused and dismissed me by calling another cusmer to help them i had to start the que again ti be helped by a lady who was working at the counter next to him who gladly helped me with the pill the lady knew what i wanted without me describing it, isnt every employee's responsibility to know the product offered by the employer and if they dont isnt it his responsibility to ask someone else to assist and why did i have to que again to get help after i qued for some time for help and was dismissed because someone did not know click's products this hurt alot because of the pain i was in more that i had to start the que with the pain i was experiencing</p>
