employ skilled people

I went to clicks mall @ carnival and I had my shade number and brand for the make up I use. asked the lady that works with makeup if they are the same and she said e yes only the packaging has changed. I asked her numerous times she said yes. got home put it on and God didnt I look like a clown. I am so ****ed and disappoint that my money went down the drain.
