Empangeni clicks does not know what customer service is!

I cant count how many times Ive complained about Clicks Empangeni and their service remains extremely poor. I ordered medication 4 hours ago via the website. I arrive at the store and they are refusing to help me. I need to stand in the queue with 15 people in front of me! Why did I order online then!! Also please check your shelves! i wanted to purchase something the other day. It had the 3 for 2 sign on. When I took it I realised it was the previous months special, when I asked. i wasnt given an explanation, they just came remove the sign and left!! Good thing the new mall in Empangeni consists of a dis chem. I will not put my feet back into this poor serviced shop. You staff is also rude!
