Embrassment at Clicks - Nqutu (KZN)

On the 21st December. I went to Clicks in Nquthu (KZN) & bought few items that amounted to about R500. As I was exiting the shop, a security guard demanded to search my bag. Which I found very strange that my bag can be searched by a male security guard. I looked around the door, there was no notice to this effect, moreover I have never been searched in any Clicks shop.

As always ladies bags have many items. I had chewing gums, opened Panado etc. As they found the open Panado bottle - I was pushed aside as I was suspected of *****ing. I have never been this embarrassed in my entire life. I tried to explain on how can I ***** a Panado bottle yet pay R500. I questioned the guy about the fact the panados were opened, does he mean that I stole the tablets and drank them in the shop??

I need recourse on this matter, the manager that was on duty & the security guard that embarrassed me!!! Response to me will be appreciated.
