Embarrassing service

I had a very embarrassing experiences at clicks in Glenvista Shopping center. A male pharmacist working on Sunday made my reason of visit known by other customers and gave an advise so loud that other customers started laughing at me. People visit the shop for different reasons and would not other people to know. Please advise your stuff to give advise when it is due and privately not for everyone to know people's reason of visit.The female pharmacist started laughing at me as well. A place that laughs before helping is not a good place for anyone.
