Embarrassed and humiliated beyond belief at Clicks Sea point and Artem Centre

I'm not only disgusted but disappointed Humiliated and have had enough of Clicks and ready to go to court and have a look at what legal route I should go ahead with. I have been shopping at Clicks for years and about 2 years ago I had returns that I needed to do and had lost my receipt and then got a few gifts and all went off well at the time with only one or two stores that were willing to help. Since then i I don't know what rumours or speculation developed from where but I've never been as shocked and embarrassed as I was at the fact that I spend cash with them and as I walked out of Seapoint Clicks had noticed Security vans aprox 5 of them parked rapidly on the pavement and standing waiting for something to happen. As I never thought anything of it I proceeded to walk past and only later down the road I recognised one of the security guards I knew from the local security group driving past and I asked what the commosion was all about only for him to tell me that they had received a panic button alarm and were told there were suspected ******* in the store and security needs to be alerted and sent urgently to the store! I asked him to go back and check with management only to find out that Clicks management had actually called the security co telling them they felt under threat as ******* were in the store! That's not all I leave it and think to myself I don't even have the energy for them and give a damn about there need to call security yet as I passed the store one day I asked a supervisor who denied everything stating that she's not saying anything. And so I decided to go to another store down the road and the exact same thing happened where even the security could not understand as to why they were called out! I am disgusted that such a group has the Absolute check of doing just as they please and accuse or suspect there own supposedly valued customers and make a point of embarrassing them I'm finished with them!
