EFT payments not allowed - have to visit branch

Clicks Credit Card can no longer be paid by EFT - all payments to be made personnally inside FNB branch. Drove 110km to Colesberg branch and back without any joy - they said call center gave me wrong info. Because I do not want a bad credit record - I drove to Bloemfontein to make payment.there I was told it has to be done at ATM Cardless service. It did not work. After few attempts they dealt with over counter deposit. It cost me R1200 in fuel to make a deposit of R850. This is exploitation! Now they want me to go through this whole process again to make this month's payment.
