Effing useless!!!

Please can you tell me what the point on dropping my script off and being smsed when it's ready if I still need to wait in the long queue with next to no assistance? Oh and while you at it can you also explain why I have a loyalty card and earn points (cash back) and receive smss where I have been allocated cash back but when I ask to use it at the till I'm told I have no cash on my card and must conntact your even more useless call center cause no one in store can assist! I cannot honestly wait for Dischem in Killarney mall to open cause clearly my business is not worth your time or effort.
