I am writing this with disappointment and anger, on the 7th September i bought items on clicks online, i got email and sms that it will be delivered in 2 ton5 working days, yesterday i got sms and email confirming that the order is ready for collection at the store, i went there and the store had no idea of my parcel, i called clicks for escalation, i did not any assistance, this morning i called again i was told they escalating again, i am angry because the email and sms STATED THE ORDER IS READY FOR COLLECTION, I TOOK MY TIME AND WENT TO DTORE TO BE TOLD THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MY ORDER
