Earn Clicks Clubcard Points when you spend on fuel purchases at ENGEN

In Dec 2019 when Clicks became an ENGEN Partner I received these points using a Nedbank Fleet Card for fuel purchases at Engen. In January 2020 these points for using a fleet card was stopped for some unknown reason. I have since been liaising with Belinda Brink at Clicks since then after their Customer Care people could not help me and I have as yet not been given a valid reason or explanation as to why Engen/Clicks have stopped the loyalty points for Fleet Cards. I only got told in January by the attendant AFTER filling up that my Fleet Card does not apply for Fleet Card loyalty points anymore. Why give loyalty points in December for Fleet then stop? To date I have received no explanation for this after many months and recently sending mails/leaving voice messages for Belinda(who I must mention did try help before Covid 19 but is now missing in action ) and calls to Clicks again in July/Aug(I stopped due to Covid 19). This is advertised on TV and at every Engen on all the banners/billboards and on ENGEN forecourt advertising and nowhere does it state T&C's Apply or mention Fleet Cards so this is also false advertising . I have not filled up at any ENGEN with a Fleet Card since Jan so I need to know if this is sorted as I have received no valid explanation as to why?
