Double payment never returned

I made a purchase at Clicks in Kyalami Corner on the 26th of May and paid using snapscan, I paid the first time and the slip never came out but the payment went through and the cashier advised that I try again and assured me that the first one will be returned,I did and my money was never returned so I went back to the shop after 48Hours as advised but was told that they will try and escalate my situation but up to this day my money still hasn't been returned I'm just being sent from pillar to post.

I am extremely disappointed
