double payment
I bought items worth R265.50. When I swiped my card the machined declined. Then I payed cash for it, the lady told me the banks have been offline the whole morning. When I got home I saw it went off my bank, so I went back. The clever manager recons I have to go draw a bank statement to claim my own money. It will take about 2 weeks before I get a refund. Pathetic really....
