Double Deduction from Clicks

I went to Clicks Commissioner Street and I made a payment with my phone, Scan To Pay, it deducted the money however I was told it didn’t go through, I was then told to make another transaction which I did and was told it will reflect later and still nothing, when I call them no one seems to care to help
