Double debit

I have never received bad service from Clicks while shopping there for over 10 years. This morning a debit went off my account for some things I purchased on Monday, 07September, which already was debited at the time I was in the shop.

I would like to request that this be sorted as I am currently on unpaid maternity leave and I need every cent. Please advise why the amount was taken twice from my account.
