Double claim for 1 product

On the 9th of Oct I received an sms from clicks thavani mall regarding my medication which was ready for collection the following day I also received an sms from my medical aid regarding the claim which I never collected on the 21st I went to clicks thavani mall to collect then the claim was done again for 1 med,,, I called clicks thavani mall I was being transferred from one person to another then the last guy who assisted me was so rude when I try to explain my problem, he didn't even ask for my details so that he can check I was told to sort my things with my medical aid and I mustn't call them back, then I called my medical aid they confirmed that the claim was done twice,,,, click is robbing us our money and they Don care about us as customers
