Don’t vaccinate at Clicks

I will never shop at Clicks Musgrave ever again. My view of the entire chain is completely changed. I booked online for my kids to get vaccinated. We arrived early on the day with all our paperwork. We had to join the queue of 9 people ahead of us. Both of my children were incredibly anxious about getting the vaccine, so I assumed by booking we’d wait 5 minutes or so …. 45 minutes later and we finally got to the front. At this point we were asked if we’d had covid recently , to which I rep**** that we’d had it over 30 days ago. The assistant then disappeared and returned to tell us that we couldn’t go though with the vaccine as we had to wait ‘40 days or so’. I was furious . My daughter (12) was crying by this stage. What a waste of an hour and the emotional stress was on a new level. Needless to say I visited a government site today and both of my kids are fully vaccinated. My advice to anyone- dont waste your time booking if you’re going to clicks - you will wait just like everyone else and enjoy the poor service that they have to offer.
