Don't use Clicks "Click and Collect"

I have ordered general store merchandise ranging from dental to deodorants. Items which are on sale and well stocked in most Click Stores. Order was placed online on 26/08/2021. It is now almost close of business on 30/08/2021 and still no update on goods being ready for collection. The last update was on 27/08/2021 status: Pargo parcel left JHB Hub destined to Durban store. Figuring out why a "Click and Collect" is being given the same treatment as an online purchase is unfathomable. The should be no reason for ordered items to come from anywhere else but the chosen store which has a click and collect facility as well as the chosen products in stock at the store. Clicks will soon be known as the store with great sales and equal( if not greater) Consumer Dissatisfaction. Rather use their competition, far superior service regarding their order and collect facility.
