Don't purchase online, clicks staff ***** your goods

I ordered a package online and picked it up in store.

This was for my father who came up to Johannesburg from durban for the weekend as it is his birthday. When I got home from fetching the parcel I gave it to him to open, only to find that the product box but no product inside.

I am infuriated as now my father will have to go home without a gift. Imagine giving someone a gift and there's nothing inside the dam box!!

This needs to be sorted out now !!!
