Don't by online from Clicks

Placed order on 19/08/22 for delivery - today a week later nothing happened - just "processing" and nothing further. is this the bad service we must get use to....... this will definitely be the last time i ordered something from clicks - send a complaint on their site yesterday - NO REPLY - phoned today after holding the line while they checked for more than 7 min - No Answer also - "we will refer it to the right department " - this is ridiculous !!!!!!!!!!
