DONT BUY FOOD AT CLICKS ITS OFF

I am so irritated, i called clicks customer care 2 weeks ago and was supposedly getting an answer within 2-8 hours?????? 2 Weeks later for off goods I bought not just one packet of but 2 like really??? Don't you care about your customers clicks??????
