Don’t associate with Clicks online

I’m writing this email with great disappointment regarding the order number above *** which was placed on the 14 parcel 3 and have not received no immunisation whatsoever regarding the latest update. Yet parcel 1 and 2 were successfully delivered.

The status has been on ‘order confirmed’ since the 14th. I initiated a chat today to find out what has transpired and on chat you said the product is in CPT so I decided to call customer service and there it was said the order is with courier.

The service and lack of transparency is atrocious and not good customer experience.
