Don't Use Online Shopping Service

<p>On 20 September 2016 I placed my order on the Clicks Online shopping site. I thought this was perfect because I have a newborn baby and shopping is a bit difficult and I don't need to go out of my flat. The site said 1-3 working days for delivery. I expected to have my order by Friday because there were a few items I needed urgently for my baby. On Monday, 26 September 2016, I called the call centre to enquire where is my order, the consultant says my order was delivered on 22 September 2016 and received by Melissa. How should I know who is Melissa! I asked her why didn't the courier company call me, she says they don't call. How can the courier service give the parcel to just anybody! It is supposed to be a convenient service offered but if your parcel is going to be given to just anybody I wouldn't recommend using this service. I have been ordering online from other companies for years now and this is the first time I am experiencing a problem like this. I am certainly not prepared to lose out on R 974.45! It is either Clicks must refund me or deliver the items I ordered! </p>
