Don't go to Clicks for prescription medication

For the past 3 months, Clicks has not given me all my monthly medication. The first couple of months, Clicks at Cresta told me that they only had 28 in stock, not 30. Fair enough. But last week, when I went to collect my monthly medication at the same branch, the pharmacist didn't say that they only had 28 in stock. Yet when I got home and checked, I had only been given 28. It seems that it is common practice to look at what was given the previous month, instead of checking the actual prescription.<br> <br> There is no way for customers to check what they are being given by the pharmacists. Medication is placed in a plastic bag which is then locked in a steel cage. This is only opened at the checkout counter.<br> <br> I queried this with Clicks last week, but have had no response from them. People could literally die waiting for Clicks to get back to them concerning critical, life preserving chronic medication.<br> <br> Rather take your business elsewhere. You will live longer.
