Does Clicks Really Take the Pharmacy Business Seriously???

I called the Reservoir Hills Clicks Pharmacy on the number it has posted on the website. I was advised that this is not the pharmacy number and I was then given another number. After a tedious attempt repeatedly calling this NEW number, I decided to call the previous number to learn the pharmacy number was :out of order". YET I was asked to call the number that was out of order!!! I was told to leave my number and that I will be called. NEED I mention that NO ONE called me. What a waste of time and shoddy service. I then went to Clicks at Westwood Mall. The pharmacist told me that they did not have the medicine I requested and that he will order this for me. A PHARMACY THAT CANNOT SUPPLY MEDICINE!!! Nevertheless, i called Reservoir Hills Clicks the next morning. I was requested to leave my contact number. I told the person that Clicks never return calls. After a two hour wait I then decided to go to the pharmacy personally. The blame game commenced!!! The person who took down my number stated that he had given my number to the "Head" pharmacist. The "Head" pharmacist blamed another of his subordinates who apparently did not return my call and did not follow his instructions. I then called customer care. The person who I believe must be trained in Customer Care suggested that he put me through to the store and they must resolve the problem. What a cushy job. I just complained about the store and now I must resolve the situation with them personally! Then what is the customer care personnel's job? I was not allowed to speak with anyone else.

I did not complain on a previous occasion when my wife was given the wrong strips to test her sugar level; It is alarming that such carelessness can be extremely dangerous if such carelessness and ineptitude dispenses the wrong medication. Is Clicks really concerned with the Pharmacy section. I was advised by my medical aid to use Clicks' pharmacies. I wonder if the medical aid drew up a contract to ensure that the medical aid members will be provided good service and will not endure unnecessary stress. I am returning my Clicks Club card and I must confess that from the website to the store and then the dismal and appalling service compounded by the Customer Care staff member has left me with no alternative but to stop patronage of Clicks. I do not believe that they are really customer friendly. I will also ask my medical aid to check whether it has made the best decision to recommend Clicks pharmacies to its members!!!
