Does Clicks care for their customers who are also patients? I dont think so.
Bought two ROCHE ACCU CHEK guides (bought in dec 2019) for diabetics to do sugar level checks. Both are defaulting with a E1 error not recognising the strip. On internet it seems that the SN numbers below 95..... are defaulting so this is a known issue. Have been mailing with customer service (automated response) 99% of the time indicating that the message has been forwarded to our Merchandising Team for further assistance and feedback. Upon response we will revert. So the first email went out in July when the problem was encountered. No response back from the Merchandising Team. Cost of purchase excluding strips and needles? Close to R1000. But Clicks apparently not so caring about a diabetic now stuck without a monitoring device. Beyond poor service.
