Does anyone ever get hired

I have been applying for jobs for my husband on the Clicks career website and well as in-store for more than 3 years and I now discouraged to apply as He is always getting a negative response from the website, even when He fits the requirements for the job. I thought that maybe by now something would have panned out from it , but to date nothing, Other people go in store and get hired but not him. Now I would never advise anyone to use the clicks website to apply for jobs.
