Do you really about your brand? Employees are messing it up for you
Today I was at Netcare Waterfall and had a script from my Dr. When I saw Clicks pharmacy, I was relieved because that’s my regular pharmacy where I get my meds and cosmetics every month. I went in and actually saw a pharmacist who used to be based at Clicks Sandridge. There were three to four people in line for the seeing pharmacist. They were in such slow motion as if they were on a go-slow. When my turn came the guy that assisted went to fetch what was on my script on. Slow. Motion. He came back and when I gave him my Clicks card, he said it did not work there. That was still fine and then he asked for my name, then my surname. And I asked whether he was registering me or what, he told me he was…in slow motion. I was surprised that he did not tell me that he was registering me on the system as I was in a hurry to take my daughter I had brought to hospital for post -op procedures. I told him that he should have told me before so that I decide whether I have time for that or not. I did not have time, I took my script and remembered that that was not the Clicks experience I have had over the years. If you care about your brand, please teach your staff Customer care!!!!
