DO NOT USE ONLINE WEBSITE!!

Purchased items on their website, items that will soon be sold out due to the brand leaving South Africa. At check out I decided to use my Ebucks for the purchase... Firstly the page kept reverting to the pay page, so I thought may be there's an extra charge and I took an item out of my cart, finally proceeded to check out and accessed Ebucks, got my OTP from FNB and EBucks are used for the purchase... I notice the page is still not refreshing, this goes on for several minutes, I check my internet connection, all is fine. The page eventually refreshes, items still showing as in my cart with an indication that my purchase still has to be completed. Already in this space an item in the cart has become unavailable. I proceed to check out again and now see Ebucks have been deducted BUT I am unable to proceed to check out, basically Clicks are now requesting I pay AGAIN? The Ebucks are gone out of my account, in fact a higher value of Ebucks than before as another item was removed (obviously no stock) So the amount deducted is R 1168.85c (11680 ebucks) and the cart total (still to be completed) is R 1098.84. so now? I cannot complete my purchase as I am not happy to pay Rands as I have the ebucks available however Clicks have already taken the Ebucks yet have not put my purchase through. I email, call and get the usual " we are sorry for any inconvenience caused... blah blah blah" In the interim I call FNB about the transaction with my ebucks and they tell me they have to contact the vendor and will not be able to reverse the ebucks? I thought I could get them to reverse the Ebucks transaction so I could finally put the order through, but Ebucks cannot be reversed due to a host of excuses I simply cannot fathom. So, I sit several days later, with zero feedback from clicks in spite of them telling me they will treat this as a priority, items I chose are now most likely no longer available and I am down over nearly 12000 ebucks !! NYX has now left South Africa and the items were all NYX products I desperately wanted before they became unavailable.... I am so angry with Clicks, their online service is terrible and even though they admit there was a technical problem from their side, I am the one sitting with zero order and still no ebucks refunded... No offer of compensation, no indication of urgency... I will NOT be using Clicks website ever again!
