DO NOT USE CLICKS ONLINE SHOPPPING!!

First time shopping online. Click and collect option says 1-3 working days. I placed my order on the 30th March and it hasn’t even been dispatched yet. Called to cancel and told that I have to wait an extra 20 working days for a refund. Please save yourself the trouble and stay away.
