DO NOT USE CLICKS FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS, THEY WILL EXHAUST YOU!!!

My repeat prescription with Clicks has been nothing but a nightmare. The pharmacy boasts about free delivery of the prescriptions, yet I have had to email/call every time for my prescription. I submitted my script on the 19th of Jan'26 for 3 repeats (Rx No: ***5), at Clicks Featherbrooke. On the 12th of Feb I sent an email to *** to advise that I have not received an SMS reminder as they had told me I would receive when my pills are ready. On the 13th March I had to send an email AGAIN as no SMS was received and on the app , it was showing my next refill in April. I was told to contact the store and the store asked me to come fetch the prescription. As you may guessed on the 12th of April I decided to just go to the pharmacy, and we were advised Discovery was offline. We were then told to leave our contact details for delivery. That was on Sunday, today being Tuesday, I have not received my pills, and you know what Clicks Featherbrooke can keep those pills, but I will be using Dischem from now on. I can't be begging a pharmacy for what is due to me
