DO NOT TAKE UP A FUNERAL COVER WITH CLICKS!!!! The claims process is absolutely useless and there is 0 compassion for the loss you are going through. After trying to claim for 4 days and constantly calling (the consultants just dropping calls everytime) I need to seriously question why CLICKS are giving funeral cover through Hollard and Regent if after having the policy since 2020 you cannot claim.
