DO NOT purchase online from Clicks

I purchased a Clicks Black Friday online offer of a Dyson Supersonic Hairdryer on 24 November which was to be delivered within a few days at Clicks Sunninghill for my collection. After the initial order confirmation I heard nothing at all from the company so I went to Clicks Sunninghill on Saturday 1 December to enquire if the item arrived. The store checked their system but had no record of a purchase nor of the product to issue to me.

I followed up with Clicks customer care twice only to be given canned responses about their apologies for delays, they are escalating it, they will have the relevant department respond. I requested a refund and received no refund, I only received the same responses (three) from their social media team. Clicks is not serious about customer care and it is appalling that in over two weeks time they have neither been able to deliver the product or refund me. I absolutely CANNOT recommend online shopping with Clicks.
