DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS - FALSE DELIVERY TIME FRAME

I placed an online order on 28 March 2020. Click & Collect 1-3 working day. Today, 01 April 2020 is the third working day, I contacted your call center, the agent said my parcel will only be delivered on Monday, 13 April 2020. He said it takes 1-7 days for delivery. I was not given this update upon placing my order. I was then told that I cannot cancel or change my delivery address. This is unacceptable, pathetic customer service from Clicks especially during this lockdown and since they are rendering an "essential service". Not keeping customers adequately informed. I could have gone to the store myself or placed an order elsewhere.

And no response from them what so ever.
