Do not buy online

On Tuesday the 26th of September 2023 I bought a few items on the Clicks Website. I opted for the click and collect delivery method. I didn’t receive any confirmation email or SMS but the payment went through as the money was deducted from my account. Today is Friday the 6th of October 2023 and I haven’t received the products.
