DISTUSTING SERVICE BY BHONGO - VINCENT PARK EAST LONDON

CLICKS VINCENT PARK - EAST LONDON

I am writing to address a recent interaction that has left me quite concerned regarding the manner in which it was handled by a male called Bhongo at the Clicks in Vincent Park East London. I would like to outline two specific things that contributed to my feelings of dissatisfaction. I called to enquire about something , he did not afford me the chance to explain to him why I was calling Clicks - he rudely cut me off & spoke over me and although I made him aware that he was being rude and unproffessional he proceeded to say I am the problem. Why does Clicks hire people who are telephonically unproffesional ?? because it is clear that there was room for proffessionalism there. I even asked him he is not listening to me as a client to finish what I am saying because so he can distinguish if I am calling the wrong department or not. He refused instead he told me that was not the right department. My question to him , WHY did he pick up the phone if he will ruin a client's process of buying a product from the store ?

While I appreciate constructive feedback, I want to express that I have zero tolerance for disrespect. I am sure Clicks' code of conduct does not accommodate such unprofessional behaviour, and I strongly believe that the staff must hold themselves to higher standards in all interactions with clients.

In light of this, I would like to challenge you, as Clicks, to handle such situations better in the futures. An interaction between staff and clients should be one where mutual respect and professionalism are prioritized because at the end of the day if we do not buy at clicks - staff will obviously be retrenched. I would also like to respectfully suggest that it would not be in line with the values of the organization for such behaviour to go unaddressed.

I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this matter further in the presence of a neutral party to ensure that we can work towards resolving this in a constructive and professional manner.

Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your response.
