Distraught customer

To whom this may concern,

I am utterly appalled and disgusted by the level of professionalism and respect for life shown by your company. on Saturday 16.03.2019 at Clicks in Blue route mall just after 12 I found myself faced with a life threatening situation. my 1 year old toddler had just gone into (what I later found out) was a febrile seizure and I rushed to your clicks outlet panicked and distressed just looking for some type of assistance. this was my first time witnessing this and to top it off my son could barely breath so I stormed to you pharmaceuticals section begging for any type of medical assistance I got to the counter placed my son's trembling body on the counter and with tears in my eyes begged the pharmacy assistant to help. she blatantly responded she is not able to assist refused any type of advice and just stared at me. what if that was my only hope. what if that was all the time I had to save my son and I wasted it seeking aid from your staff I am utterly disgusted and would like you to seriously address this matter, I do however understand that she might not have had practical medical experience but some type of advice or empathy would have been appreciated. With an abrupt tone,a middle aged pharmacist told me we cannot help here please take him elsewhere! Not even attempting to help and continuing to assist another customer!

She then continued to shout at me told me to remove my son and take him else where!

I am appalled at the inhumane behaviour that your staff show towards customers! and to turn away a helpless 1 year old is utterly disgusting! I will never set foot in your store again an I will be making sure to let everyone know what service you give your customers!

I would appreciate your response in this matter and have it address accordingly.
