Dissgraceful service Clicks bryanston

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the service I received at Clicks Bryanston today.

I visited the pharmacy to collect my prescription and waited approximately 30 minutes in the queue before being assisted. When I was finally served, I was attended to by Mr Rambau, whose manner I found to be both discourteous and unhelpful.

He informed me that my Schedule 6 medication could not be dispensed due to the pharmacy being busy and suggested that I return on Monday when another pharmacist would be available. Given that I had already waited a considerable amount of time, I indicated that I was willing to wait further.

I was then advised that I would need to wait again for the pharmacist authorised to dispense Schedule 6 medication. After an additional 20 minutes of waiting—with minimal visible progress—I ultimately had to leave without receiving my medication.

This experience was extremely disappointing. As a regular customer who spends approximately R10,000 per month on medication at your store, I expect a far higher standard of service, both in terms of professionalism and customer care.

The lack of urgency, communication, and basic courtesy demonstrated by your team was unacceptable. I felt that my time and needs as a customer were not valued at alI trust that this issue will be taken seriously and addressed accordingly.
