Dissatisfied customer

I would like to express my concern about the clicks pharmacy in goldfields mall welkom. I registered online for my repeat script and every time I have to get my medication it's a struggle. They process and package the medication early but when I go and collect they know nothing about it. The ladies there have an attitude problem towards the customers. If I don't speak Afrikaans then I'm nobody, because that's how they treated my husband when I sent him for that script. I request an urgent attention into the matter and if possible they should transfer all the remaining repeats to the clicks pharmacy in liberty centre.
