dissatisfied

I bought two hair clippers and I am so disappointed it's not even 3 months and they giving so much problems .I sent an email but they want me to bring it to a store so I must take more time out my my own I'm going to lose out on business because if I do that I won't have machines to cut my clients

the machines die on their own being 70% charged , sometimes jump to 0 from 100 % and at times it dies on any percentage then I have to put the charger in to put it back on.It does this on random occasion I told them I'll even take a video of they want proof with my clients also to explain how poor this is I mean really 2 months and a few weeks this is ridiculous plus I even sent my proof of purchase
