dissapointing service from Clicks Ladysmith

I am a local of Ladysmith, and have over the years constantly complained about the lack of service and products at our local Clicks store.<br> Today was the cherry on the cake, I approached the cosmetics section once again and was looking for foundations and powders, well, there are never testers available, so I wonder how we should get the right shade foundation or powder for out individual complexions.<br> Upon once again inquiring about the lack of input from the staff, they simply shrug their shoulders and say sorry the rep didn't bring, or its been ******, or it hasn't come. <br> Should they as the retailer not make sure that they contact the relevant suppliers and make sure the stock is there so that we as consumers don't have to drive to another town, 100km away every time to find the right product for our skins?
