Dissapointing and frustrating external customer setvice

Clicks gateway being trying from Friday every extention and no one picks up I took my 61 year old mum to get vaccinated unfortunately we didn't make an appointment o was told you can't make one there at the clinic u need to call but how can we call if no 1 cares to pick up
