dissapointed uber medication home deliveries

ok the problem i have is indirectly with clicks pharmacy pier 14. the system they use to deliver medication is not trustable . everytime my father must phone them asking about his medication. they use uber and only ONE driver which sometimes does not pitch i was under the impression the pharmacy use their own delivery personnel. sometimes we must go in ourselves to collect my fathers medicine by huge surprise of the pharmacy staff as my father is booked for deliveries each month. they must really try a plan B because at this rate their giving the pharmacy a bad name
