Dissapointed

This is now a review that i wrote for how many time to hellopeter.im really dissapointed in clicks cinnamon square strand,i bought i russell hobbs(home of living),less then 3 months ago,i went to clicks the lady said she remember i can bring it then she will exchange it for me,the next day i went with my iron and a guy named wassien or yassiem but i know its a muslim guy with long beard,who inform me he must send the iron away,this is long before lockdown,a couple of days pass he told me i must pay R115 for the repairs which i did as time pass he only tell me he phoned and time passes now again for the last 2 months he said its on the way,this is not the first time i complain about that clicks and that wassiem guy,he is like someone who look you by the face when it comes to help clients,i just want my money back and i will never sit a foot again in that clicks cause really the previous time i also put a complaint here on hellopeter about the same person nothing happened,and also i was complaining here on hellopeter for months about this iron,i only reveived 1 message back and nothing further .
