Dissapearing Cashback

Would have been one star of it wasn't for Portia Nxhumalo from Diepkloof clicks and her team who clearly explained that I should update my clicks app and watch out for expiring cashback. She also called customer service where she did her outmost best to resolve my vitality and cashback issues. I was completely dissatisfied with my dissapearing cashback and really happy with how Portia dealt with everything.
