Disrespectful staff at Clicks Trade Route Mall

The clicks staff at Trade Route Mall, are very impatient and very rude and zero regard for customers. I dealt with a lady called Bellinar whom I think is new. She even used the word ntate kiwena are you trying to cause trouble or what. She refused to check whether my medication had indeed left the store. She told me that she will not waste her time checking for this. After insisting she eventually bought me about 20 sheets which contains names of people who receive chronic medication at this store. This means hundreds of peoples information has been compromised. This is utterly unacceptable and it seems this is the norm in this store, where even management turn a blind eye when these kind of transgressions take place. These people have to fired and removed from the store with immediate effect.
